Hey there, I’m Paulina- a Christian, wife, mom, and operator at heart

I’m a leadership advisor and faith-driven entrepreneur who helps business owners and families create systems that bring order, freedom, and growth.

As Chair of C12 North Texas, I guide CEO and Key Player groups where Christian leaders grow in wisdom, accountability, and purpose.
I also co-founded TransformCXO, where our fractional COOs help companies build clarity, structure, and healthy growth.

Before this, I spent over a decade supporting founders through operational design and leadership transitions. That work shaped my belief that steady leaders build strong businesses, and strong businesses, in turn, strengthen families.

I also created Together Grown, a family alignment system designed to bring intention into the home.

My heart is to help leaders live and lead with clarity, peace, and purpose.
