Helping leaders carry what matters well.
A trusted advisor to CEOs and founder-led businesses—shaped by years of practical executive experience, and grounded in a conviction that leadership is stewardship.

A leadership journey shaped alongside CEOs.
Paulina's career has been built inside growing businesses—not simply teaching leadership from the outside. She served as a full-time COO for years in Dallas before co-founding Catalyst Integrators, a Fractional Integrator practice serving businesses running on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®).
She later co-founded TransformCXO, a fractional COO practice focused on strengthening the health of the business and preparing owners for a successful eventual exit through a structured exit planning process.
Paulina is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and holds certifications in leadership tools including Patrick Lencioni's Working Genius—giving her a practical toolkit for helping leaders and teams work with greater clarity and alignment.
Across those seasons she has worked with founders and executive teams through growth, organizational change, and the difficult decisions that define a company's future. That experience gave her a deep respect for leaders—the pressure, the isolation, and the quiet weight of decisions that never really leave you. She understands the work because she has sat beside those who carry it.
Today she serves as an Executive Coach and C12 Chair, coming alongside CEOs and leadership teams committed to building organizations of substance.

Why she loves developing leaders.
Behind every healthy organization is a leader who is still growing. There is nothing more rewarding than watching a CEO gain clarity, a leadership team find its rhythm, or a founder rediscover why the work matters.
The best organizations are built by leaders who continue to grow. Business success and personal growth strengthen one another. She gets to sit in that intersection every day.
Philosophy
“Leaders who steward well what they've been given—people, capital, influence, opportunity—tend to build organizations that endure.”
— Paulina Walters
